Eligibility & Relationship
To ensure authenticity, all contributors must disclose their relationship to the facility. We prioritize reviews from:
Residents: Current or former individuals living in the facility.
Visitors: Family members or friends who have regularly visited a resident.
Touring Families: Individuals who have personally toured the facility but did not move in.
Note: Employees, owners, or individuals with a financial interest in the facility are prohibited from posting reviews.
Required Information for Verification
To maintain a high-trust environment, we require the following for every post:
Display Name: You may use your real name or a nickname.
Email Address: This is for internal verification only and will not be shared publicly.
Anonymous Option: If you select "I want to remain anonymous," your specific display name will be hidden from the public, but your relationship to the provider (e.g., "Visitor") will still be shown to provide context to readers.
Content Guidelines
We encourage detailed feedback regarding the rooms, food, and staff interactions. However, posts must adhere to these rules:
Personal Experience Only: Reviews must be based on your own firsthand experience, not hearsay or second-hand accounts.
Privacy & Safety: Do not include full names of staff members, private phone numbers, or specific room numbers of residents.
Respectful Language: We do not tolerate hate speech, threats, profanity, or personal attacks against staff or other residents.
No Legal Claims: Specific accusations of criminal activity or medical malpractice should be reported to the proper authorities rather than posted as a public comment.
No Promotional Content: Do not include links to other websites, promotional codes, or advertisements for other services.
Beta Features & Public Display
Public Visibility: Posts may appear publicly with your profile name, picture (if applicable), or a link to your public profile.
Beta Questions: For questions marked as "Beta," your answers are part of an experiment to improve our site. These may be visible only to you or a select group of users and may be deleted once the experiment concludes.
Management Rights: You may delete your post at any time. Life Senior Placement reserves the right to remove any content that violates these policies or is deemed fraudulent.
